**Doors to open 6.30pm to settle in. Sessions start at 6.45pm and will run to 8pm, when refreshments will be served while enjoying a relaxed Q&A debriefing. Vacating the premises by 8.30pm.

What is a Light Body
We all have a Light Body, and its foundation is our auric field. This auric field surrounds us every moment of every day and is perpetually active; it is the expanded expression of our Life Spark and connection with Source in consistent flux. Without conscious focused awareness and management of this infinite energy that flows from our connection with Source, our cosmic energy and the auric field, we operate in the world Spiritually Naked, like leaving the house without clothes on. This leaves us open to having our energy latched onto, taken and drained by others without our consent or awareness. It also means we vulnerable to taking onto and into ourselves and our energy fields that which is not wholesome and can be potentially harmful.
What this course includes;
This course introduces the absolute basic fundamentals, guiding one through initial awareness, conscious connection, management and control of their own unique energy, in a safe, clear and neutral space. It is imperative to have a clear solid foundation to be able to direct one’s path in a focused, safe and effective manner, to then develop to higher Spiritual frequencies where one can Activate their Light Body and begin to ‘tap into the flow’ in healthy and positive ways, experiencing more synchronicities and spiritual growth, and living their purpose. For if we activate our Light Bodies and start utilising this intrinsic powerful energy without having cleared any dense negative imprints and influences, and don’t know how to protect our energy, we can cause a lot of resulting harm for ourselves and others.
Following the initial basics, each subsequent session builds upon the foundations, techniques and experiences of the previous session, bringing one to a place of successful implementation and adeptness to manage their own continued evolution with a clearer solid footing, potentially leading to further application including self healing, removal of karmic patterning and higher frequency development.
A higher state of awareness
When one has worked with their energy and cleared these densities, and strengthened their connection, bond with Source, it brings about a profound Remembrance, that higher state of awareness, realisation and connection with Origin. When this occurs it enables one to step through their fears and into their power, embodying their own inner authority, and helping to unlock those dormant [super] powers latent within them… It is learning to utilise this powerful cosmic energy in honourable, integrous and impeccable ways that allows one to develop ever further, reaching heights only dreamed about…
Important information
**To gain the full benefit of this foundational course it is imperative to attend all sessions. Unfortunately, if you miss the first session, you will be unable to attend the rest of the course.
**This course is open to all; those experienced in working with their auric field and those whom are new to the concept and practice alike, members of BTS and the public,. These sessions are not of any specific religious or spiritual influence, and the techniques are neutral and unbiased, though they do introduce participants to the existence and management of their own unique energy, movement and will introduce specific techniques, to connect with and strengthen the flow of this unlimited and intrinsic energy that is available every moment of everyday.
NOTE: These meditations are completely neutral and free from any personal, religious or biased influences, and can be attended by anyone, novice or experienced energy worker, from any walk of life. I don’t give any personal or specific advice.
